Join the Mizuho team as an IDM Engineer!This role will require proactive work behavior: forward-thinking, change-oriented, growth mindset. You will be responsible for expanding the use of Identity Management tools and processes in the enterprise in an autonomous environment.You will work on a team supporting our mission, which includes integrating with third-party software and on-premises infrastructure to ensure seamless user experience, high availability, and stay ahead of the needs of the business. This work will require cross-team communication and alignment with business functions, and could also include automation and process improvement efforts.ResponsibilitiesCreate and manage onboarding & offboarding of users and identitiesDemonstrate advanced understanding of Sailpoint technology and capability develop, configure and deploy engineering components.Advanced understanding of Access Governance, Completeness and Accuracy and configuring & running certification campaigns.Responsible for triaging, troubleshooting and resolving support tickets for Sailpoint platformResponsible for rolling out production changes and application onboarding to SailpointReports KPIs, KRIs and effectively manages and prioritize support ticketsIdentifying and resolving technical and cross-functional project issuesWorking closely with end users to ensure the project meets business needsOversee execution of various QC activities such as Unit test, Integration test, Performance test, User acceptance test, etc.The expected base salary ranges from $77k-$140k. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered.
