Job Description:

We are seeking a Compressed Air Service Technician Training Specialist responsible for developing and delivering training programs on installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of compressed air systems. This role encompasses both classroom and hands-on training for technicians at all experience levels, ensuring they are proficient in working with various industrial compressed air brands.

Description

  • Deliver comprehensive training on troubleshooting and maintaining diverse equipment, including rotary compressors, centrifugal compressors, air dryers, and controls.
  • Conduct classroom and hands-on lab training using various materials and adult learning methodologies.
  • Mentor junior technicians and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training initiatives with business objectives.
  • Continuously review and enhance training methods and procedures to support technician development.
  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to training effectiveness, such as training duration, costs, and efficiency improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal and external resources to promote the service technician program to various brands within the organization.
  • Support the sales team by providing training for Account Managers and customers as needed.

Profile

  • Strong technical knowledge of compressed air systems.
  • Proven leadership and mentoring abilities.
  • Excellent critical thinking and data-driven decision-making skills, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration.
