RaceTrac Company Overview Job Description: The Coordinator is responsible for overseeing in-house maintenance warehouse inventory. This individual supports all warehouse functions by ensuring a consistent stock of materials is readily available for the Store Support Center and retail locations. Responsibilities:
- Oversees warehouse inventory and maintains a stock of supplies and materials.
- Runs weekly and monthly inventory checks to verify quantity counts and document areas of low inventory.
- Facilitates communication with internal partner, Equipment Department, and multiple vendors to verify product and request re-orders as needed.
- Maintain and process core parts returns.
- Creates and processes item information for all new products.
- Carries out all general warehouse support functions as needed.
- Various other tasks assigned by DC leadership.
Qualifications:
- Degree from an accredited college or university preferred
- 1+ years warehouse experience preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel preferred
- OSHA certification, Forklift certificate, or other relevant certifications a plus
