This includes training, guidance of staff, providing input to program delivery and development, providing IL services to consumers, and ensuring services adhere to the IL Philosophy.This is an in-office position that oversees both our Rochester and Winona office locations. It is full-time and benefit eligible. Travel is required.Essential Job FunctionsProfessionally demonstrate SEMCIL core values and adhere to all required program and agency policies and procedures.Ensure IL services align with the Independent Living Philosophy and meet program excellence and quality standards.Collaborate with IL Program Manager and Human Resources to recruit, onboard, and retain IL staff.Provide mentorship, supervision, and guidance to IL staff.Provide in-depth and knowledgeable assistance to both consumers and staff to overcome complex barriers.Guide participants in the needs discovery process to identify individual goals and provide IL services to meet those goals.Establish and maintain positive working relationships with community providers, referral sources, and internal staff while professionally representing the organization.Ensure timely and accurate completion of all required documentation.Willingness to travel and work occasional nights and weekends.Adhere to policies, regulations, and confidentiality requirements.Regular attendance and other duties as assigned.QualificationsEducationRequiredBachelors or better in Human Services or related field.#J-18808-Ljbffr
