Imaging Field Service Engineer Location: OhioSalary: $100,000 - $130,000 + Excellent BenefitsWe are seeking a dedicated Imaging Field Service Engineer to provide installation, maintenance, and repair for medical imaging equipment, focusing on MRI,CT, and Digital X-ray systems. This role requires delivering high-quality service and technical support directly to clients.Key Responsibilities:
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair imaging systems, ensuring optimal functionality at client sites.
- Address service calls promptly, diagnose issues, and implement solutions to reduce equipment downtime.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and system evaluations to prevent future issues.
- Build strong client relationships, provide user guidance, and deliver excellent customer service.
- Keep detailed records of service activities and recommend necessary parts or updates.
Qualifications:
- Associate Degree in Electronics or related field, plus 2+ years of experience with imaging systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills, customer service focus, and solid communication abilities.
- Valid driver's license, willingness to travel
