Job SummaryMust be able to use personal judgment and initiative to develop effective andconstructive solutions to challenges and obstacles in dealing with staff or customers. Have a naturalability to motivate staff toward desired goals. Friendly attitude and be an excellent face to faceempathic communicator. Display the following supervisory skills: leadership, delegation, timemanagement, problem solving skills, sound decision making. Follow through on assignments andappreciate the need for consistency. Have basic computer skills such as ability to access database tobasic level, internet and email. Self driven, results oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus onhigh quality. A natural planner who critically assesses his/her own performance. Mature, credible, andcomfortable in an environment with health professionals. Candidate must be responsible, accountable,well presented and businesslike. Easily adapts to fast pace environments. Must be able to get alongwith others and be a team player. Be reliable, tolerant and determined.

Requirements- ARRT certification- Prior experience and knowledge. including leadership
