Job Summary
Our imaging services are growing rapidly, and we are seeking a Project Coordinator with a focus on Logistics within our Imaging department!
Responsibilities
* Configuring and Programming of MCL devices (ECG, ABPM, Imaging, Laptops) per study and software requirements.
* Logistics processing: documentation, packing and shipment of devices - US and OUS
* Communicating with study teams regarding programming, shipping, including customs, brokers for OUS shipments.
* Coordinating device returns, refurbishment, site close out.
* Managing inventory software
Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree (required),in health sciences/related field
* Knowledge of ECG/Imaging devices preferred
* Team-player with great communication skills, detail oriented and well organized, strong time management skills and ability to multi task to meet deadlines.
* Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
