Imaging Specialist#160;PhotographerPURPOSESport Studio Hub is a creative powerhouse specializing in the mass production of high-quality image assets. As an Image Specialist and Photographer, you will be at the forefront of creating impactful imagery and visual content for one of the world's leading sports brands. This role will be responsible for post-production editing, process workflows, and ad hoc assignments to support the overall North American wholesale organization. In addition, you will support in studio with production photography, shoot preparation, and continuous improvement around studio best practices. Close collaboration with team members and keen attention to detail is required to ensure all images meet the brand's visual standards for color accuracy, composition, and overall quality. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Utilize advanced image editing software and techniques to enhance product images through color correction, image retouching, clipping paths, and additional image manipulation.Execute mass production of images with precision using both automation technology and manual editing techniques, ensuring high quality and adherence to brand guidelines.Effectively collaborate and communicate with internal and cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth production processes, following all established processes and protocol. Collaborate closely Digital Imagery Manager and Sport Studio Lead to ensure that visual content aligns with the brand's aesthetic, messaging, guidelines, and objectives.Set up and maintain studio equipment, ensuring all tools and technology are in optimal condition for photo shoots - assisting with studio upgrades as needed. Collaborate with the production team to coordinate and organize all photo shoot logistics KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES Expertise in using image editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar software to enhance existing files, or produce mass image assets efficiently and accurately.Requires color management skills and the ability to work within a specific framework of color standardization.Ability to operate all studio equipment including lighting, backdrops, camera, tripod and all print materials. Ability to work cohesively with team members and supervisors, contributing to an efficient mass production workflow and contributing ideas for continuous improvement to existing ways of working.Highly organized with the ability to effectively prioritize and reprioritize to meet project deadlines and shifting business demand.QUALIFICATIONS (MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE): High proficiency in Adobe suite of toolsStudio experience in production photography setting with understanding of composition, lighting, and color theory.Familiarity with Canon equipment, studio lighting, and editing tools Please note : This position is based in Indianapolis,IN and we are not supported for relocation assistance on this role.
