Job DescriptionJoin Studio Rx at IPG Health to be part of a dynamic team that creates cutting-edge content for leading healthcare and pharmaceutical brands, contributing to innovative solutions in healthcare marketing and communications. Studio Rx is the in-house production studio of IPG Health, specializing in the creation of high-quality visual and multimedia content for healthcare and pharmaceutical brands. As the Imaging Studio Operator, you will play a key role in supporting Studio Rx's mission by handling printing and comp requests, ensuring that creative and client needs are met with precision. You will be responsible for managing all print-related tasks, including comps, presentations, and collateral, while troubleshooting and providing guidance to ensure exceptional quality. This role requires proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft desktop printing programs, alongside knowledge of various printing techniques and equipment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the printing of all requested materials, including comps, presentations, and marketing collateral.
  • Operate and maintain a wide range of printing equipment, substrates, and related devices, ensuring high-quality output for print and comp requests.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to offer innovative solutions and meet project deadlines.
  • Demonstrate competency in a variety of print, comp, and display techniques to deliver professional-grade results.
  • Work independently on projects, taking initiative to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Maintain and calibrate all printing and proofing devices to ensure optimal performance.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts (BFA) or industry-specific training preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced studio environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office, particularly for print-related tasks.
  • Strong hand-comping skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills.
