Legal Applications Lead/Manager - ImanageAre you a seasoned Document Management Systems (DMS) professional ready for your next big opportunity?A prestigious firm is seeking an experienced iApplication IManage Lead, to take charge of its DMS ecosystem and lead a talented team. This senior role, reporting directly to global leadership in the US, offers exceptional career growth and the chance to shape the firm's future DMS strategy.About the RoleAs the Application IManage Lead, you will:Provide leadership and motivation to the DMS team, managing day-to-day operations, support tickets, and strategic initiatives.Oversee enterprise-grade solutions, including iManage, RAVN, CAM, Milan, Lexsoft, and similar systems.Lead application implementations, upgrades, troubleshooting, and cloud migration projects.Cultivate strong relationships with key vendors, such as iManage and Litera.Serve as the IT owner for DMS platforms, offering expert advice to IT leadership and business teams.Uphold best practices in change management, data governance, security, and system integrations.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive the success of the DMS team by managing priorities, resolving blockers, and tracking deliverables.Partner with stakeholders to define the firm's DMS strategy and unlock the potential of existing systems.Maintain comprehensive documentation while supporting training and quality assurance initiatives.Communicate effectively with senior management to ensure alignment with business goals.About YouThe ideal candidate will have:Extensive DMS expertise: At least 7 years of experience with iManage, including integrations and related tools.Technical mastery: Strong knowledge of Windows Server, SQL Server, APIs, and scripting (e.g., PowerShell).Leadership experience: A minimum of 3 years in a team lead or equivalent role, with a track record of managing priorities and inspiring teams.Relevant industry background: Experience in professional services or the legal sector is highly desirable.Strong communication skills: Ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders and foster collaboration.QualificationsBachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.Significant expertise in legal technology solutions (preferred).Familiarity with tools such as Milan, Intapp, and enterprise search solutions is a plus.What's on OfferA dynamic, hybrid work environment based in London.Leadership of critical projects, including cloud migration.A supportive and collaborative culture that prioritises innovation and excellence.Seize this opportunity to take your career to the next level while shaping the future of a global organisation's DMS strategy.#J-18808-Ljbffr
