Operating from multiple facilities, they prioritize safety, efficiency, and adherence to industry standards, ensuring that their products meet the highest specifications. They are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to manage daily operations and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and cost-efficiency standards. This role involves supervising production staff, enforcing company policies, and maintaining effective communication within the team. The Production Supervisor will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations
- Develop and implement strategies for growth and profitability
- Oversee budgets and control expenses
- Establish and enforce policies and procedures
- Ensure employee productivity and professional development
- Lead recruitment and training efforts
- Assess and improve operational and financial performance
- Direct employee evaluations
- Prepare reports for senior management
- Lead teams across manufacturing, sales and marketing, finance, and other departments
- Manage and support diverse teams, particularly in sales
Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role, within a manufacturing setting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
- Associate degree is preferred, or equivelant experience.
- Experience with data entry systems and SAP is a plus.
- Familiarity with UKG timesheet software is preferred
