Details of the job: - 1st shifts available
- Every other weekend required
- Convenient public transportation, access to food and laundry
- Nurse-to-Patient Ratio is 1:7 (currently below capacity)
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional nursing care to a varied resident population
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and ongoing reassessments of patient health and treatment responses
- Work collaboratively with physicians, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals
- Supervise and assist LPNs, CNAs, and other team members
Qualifications: - Experience in long-term care (nursing home, skilled nursing facility)
- Reliable, honest, and a positive influence on the team
- Active RN license in MA
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
