As a Cook at Akropolis Greek Restaurant, you will be responsible for menu planning, plate presentation, and ensuring food quality meets our high standards. From pasta dishes to a la carte options, you will showcase your culinary skills in every dish you prepare. Experience with soup making, broiling, and fryer operations is a must. In addition to your culinary expertise, you will also be expected to have strong kitchen management skills. This includes portion control, knife skills, sauce making, and grilling techniques. Special diets, salads, and pastry making are also part of the job requirements. At Akropolis Greek Restaurant, we take pride in our scratch cooking methods and attention to detail.
