Qualifications:
- Driver's license with clear motor vehicle record is required
- Minimum 2 year of experience in landscape installations (Preferred)
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Must be team oriented, reliable, motivated and have a great attitude
Landscape Crew Member (Box Truck Driver) (Job Description)
- Responsible for Driving Crew to and from jobsites
- Responsible for hardscape and softscape landscape construction with direction from the landscape supervisor
- Install landscape, irrigation, drainage, and low voltage lighting with direction from the landscape supervisor.
- Utilize equipment to complete job task assigned by landscape supervisor
- Keep work vehicles and equipment clean and organized
- Operate light and heavy equipment, power tools and hand tools
- Complete necessary paperwork including timesheets and job logs
- Prepared to work in hard weather conditions (heat, cold, rain etc.)
- Knowledge and standards of pruning, planting, digging, and mulching
- Maintain proper safety equipment and uniform
- Continuously improve knowledge and develop skills for best practices on installation of landscape, drainage, irrigation, and low voltage lighting
- Maintain a high level of good housekeeping and care of company assets in the field, vehicles, shop, and customer work sites
- Ability to lift 60lbs or more on a frequent basis
- Communicate effectively with crew members and landscape supervisor

Hours of Work:
- 40+ hour work week (Monday- Friday) but may include Saturdays depending on scheduling and weather.
- Workdays start at 6:30 with flexibility due to scheduling and weather.
Pay/Benefits:
- S15-$20 per hour
