Fiberutilities Network Services is seeking a 2nd shift Immediate Response Technician for an on-site position in Des Moines, IA, featuring a 4-day, 10-hour work schedule. As an Immediate Response Technician, you'll be a vital part of ensuring seamless telecommunications services for the Iowa Communications Network (ICN). In this dynamic role, you will handle incoming calls from State of Iowa government locations & businesses, providing expert troubleshooting over the phone to identify and implement solutions in a timely manner.
