Trade Analyst Location: BostonHourly Rate: $24/hour + OTContract to HirePosition Overview:KBW has partnered with a global financial institution looking to hire a Trade Analyst to join their Investment Management Operations team on a temp-to-perm basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling trade discrepancies, ensuring accurate settlement communication, and delivering superior client service. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, effective problem-solving skills, and a proactive, risk-aware approach to daily operations.Key Responsibilities:Review client investment trades, identifying and addressing any economic discrepancies with client counterparties.Communicate settlement information across various markets to custodians and monitor failed trades, cash movements, collateral settlements, and corporate actions.Coordinate with clients and counterparties to ensure timely and accurate transaction processing.Maintain awareness of settlement procedures across markets and asset types, adjusting actions as needed.Handle a daily workflow of transaction processes, utilizing Investment technologies and vendor products.Provide client support, addressing inquiries and escalating issues per client standards and service agreements.Collaborate with team members to meet daily requirements and keep team procedures current.Follow data privacy, cyber security protocols, and adhere to BCP and security procedures.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.High attention to detail with strong problem-solving capabilities.Excellent communication skills for interactions with clients and counterparties.This role offers a great opportunity to build expertise in trade analysis and investment operations, with potential for growth into a permanent position.#LI-WC1KBW789*MONKBW*
