Our Opportunity:AspenHR is currently seeking an Implementation Benefits Consultant to provide a seamless benefits transition for new clients into AspenHR's systems and services. This role is responsible for all benefits related activities, including benefits enrollment and the creation of benefits materials, employee onboarding, HRIS maintenance and training, client and employee portal access, project management, and general client and employee support.What You'll Do:
- Implement Aspen HR benefits programs and HR services for new clients and employees
- Conduct benefits enrollment webinars with new clients and employees prior to online enrollment
- Create benefits materials for distribution to clients and employees
- Configure, audit and launch new hire onboarding and benefit enrollment workflows
- Create client and manager user access and provide system training
- Assist worksite employees through new hire onboarding and benefits enrollment
- Conduct payroll audit of benefits billing and deductions
- Utilize project management software to keep track of all internal and external deliverables
- Track and manage all inbound email requests from clients and employees in the CRM system
- The ability to travel up to 15 - 20% of the time to meet with clients

- You are tech-savvy and able to learn new programs quickly but you already have strong proficiency in Microsoft programs, particularly Excel, Word, and Powerpoint.

Other Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, management/leadership, human resources or equivalent years of experience preferred; high school diploma/GED required
- Active Life/Health license is required
- At least 3 years' experience working in a benefits role managing group medical insurance, ideally in a PEO/ASO or agency environment
- Experience with iSolved HRIS a plus
