In this role, you'll manage team operations across multiple verticals, ensuring efficient project execution and seamless cross-department collaboration.Role: Implementation Lead, Strategy & InsightsLocation: Hybrid, 3 days/week in office, must be NYC basedHours/Week: 40hrs/weekHourly Rate: $75/hrContract Term: 9 months: December 2nd - August 2025Key Responsibilities of this role:
- Operational Management and Executive Deliverables: Oversee day-to-day team operations, ensuring efficient execution across multiple verticals (Strategy, Insights, Audience Management, and Modernization). Lead status meetings, track progress on team goals, and manage high-priority executive deliverables.
- Cross-functional Communication and Collaboration: Facilitate communication between departments and Implementation Leads, ensuring alignment and smooth collaboration across teams to support business partners in creating effective marketing campaigns.
- Capacity Planning and Team Management: Manage team capacity, including staffing needs, preventing burnout, and orchestrating new hires. Monitor team workload to ensure proper resource allocation and operational balance.
- Process Optimization and Goal Tracking: Define and optimize team routines, especially at the start of the year when priorities are being established. Use internal platforms like JIRA and Excel to track goals, enhance operational efficiency, and streamline communication.
- Financial Oversight: Ensure financial oversight and budget tracking, ensuring alignment with business goals and keeping projects on track financially across all media channels and tactics.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in media, operations, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a team management role, with strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with media, though strategy or audience-specific background is not required; operational experience is highly valued.
- Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA) and Excel.
- Experience managing diverse work styles across teams.
