Our purpose-built and all-in-one practice, management, data, and billing solutions drive exceptional critical and financial outcomes.Thousands of therapy practices rely on us as a trusted partner, to make their lives simpler and more officiant, improve revenue, and enable them to focus on patient care.For more information, explore our solutions at therapybrands.com.Job DescriptionThe purpose of this position is to advocate for our customers and give them an excellent experience both during our on-boarding process and through ongoing customer relationships.Responsibilities:•Serve as the point of contact for new clinics by guiding them through their first 60 to 90 days of implementation through phone calls and emails.•Delegate set-up tasks to customers and follow up to ensure their completion•Answer questions and assist with process related needs during the transition to Fusion•Work directly with the Sales Team to ensure a smooth transition of new customers•Pro-actively call and email assigned clinics throughout the year to check on their satisfaction and to promote customer loyalty.•Assisting with process related questions during the transition.•Up-selling of additional services when appropriate.•Utilizing strategies to reduce customer churn.•Manage and follow-up on tasks in a timely manner•Meet and maintain productivity goals•Maintain an expected satisfaction rating from customersQualifications:•Excellence in both written and verbal communication•Ability to listen well and empathize with others•Process driven and high attention to detail•Demonstrated problem solving skills with excellence in critical thinking and analytical experience•Ability to multi-task and prioritize work amongst competing tasks•Ability to self-manage and self-motivate•Experience with HubSpot or other CRM tools•Experience with helpdesk tools•Experience in all Microsoft Office toolsJob Knowledge Standards:To be successful in this role, Implementation Project Manager must have:•An in-depth understanding of AccuPoint products.•A savvy SharePoint superuser and the ability to teach and coach the end users effectively.•A working knowledge of a CMS-1500 Claim Form and insurance billing.•A basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel including the ability to search for and organize data.•A working knowledge of clearinghouses.•A working knowledge of pediatric therapy language and processes.•A working knowledge of HubSpot and Panda Docs. •An in-depth knowledge of Help Scout and Capsule. Help Scout - must be able to manage tickets, respond to inquiries in a timely manner, and identify items that need to be addressed. In Capsule - must be familiar with tracks and cases.•A basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel including the ability to search for and organize data.•A working knowledge of clearinghouses to complete payer enrollments and identify and investigate issues.•The ability to navigate payer portals for gathering information, submitting claims, and reviewing remittance information.•The ability to identify unspoken red flags and upgrade potential.•Ability to follow internal processes accuratelyAdditional InformationWhile we've outlined some key qualities we typically seek, it's essential to remember that there might be additional unique strengths and talents you possess that would make you an exceptional match for us, even if they're not explicitly mentioned.
