You will work closely with customers to ensure a smooth setup and seamless adoption of our platform. This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and ability to create meaningful client relationships. You will be responsible for delivering training sessions, addressing any technical challenges, and ensuring that new customers are set up for long-term success.To succeed in this role, you should be comfortable leading video calls, explaining complex concepts in simple terms, and proactively solving customer issues. As a crucial part of the customer journey, you will help shape the customer's first impression and experience with the Solo platform.RequirementsJob Responsibilities:
- Manage the implementation of our software for all assigned clients.
- Audit and assess the customer's business to tailor their implementation experience.
- Conduct training for users.
- Manage customer expectations.
- Direct new customers to the right outlets for support and education.
- Drive adoption of our tool through daily and weekly outreach.
- Follow our standard processes for implementation.
- Have strong working relationships with internal teams (i.e. Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, Support).
Skills/Qualifications:
- 2-3 years experience in software Implementation or related roles.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills.
- Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit at a desk for extended periods, typically 6+ hours a day, while conducting video calls or working on a computer
- Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing and operating computer equipment
- Ability to read and interpret data on computer screens and documents for long durations
- Clear verbal communication skills to conduct virtual meetings and phone calls with clients
