POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Implementations Support Specialist that will provide support to the Systems Implementation Manager by coordinating activities related to all systems software implementation projects, ensure the continuity and efficiency of each project from start to finish through clear communication to all parties involved. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and able to manage multiple projects at once in the absence of day-to-day guidance.

Although experience in the mechanical construction/service industries is preferred, this position will not be managing construction projects. It will be focused on managing software implementation/conversions as we continue to grow our partnerships.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with the software implementation for all acquired branches
  • Help provide project management support to ensure branch expectations are met
  • Help the team innovate solutions to branch problems that can increase efficiency and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure deliverables are completed on time and within budget
  • Work with branches to identify requirements and manage expectations
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Assist with status meetings and communicate project progress to stakeholders
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
  • Work with the team to train end-users and provide support within the system post-implementation
  • Ensure branch satisfaction through timely and effective communication

  • Elite level of customer service, to ensure we continue to be the FirstCall our customers make for their HVAC & Refrigeration needs

ORGANIZATIONAL ALIGNMENT

The Assistant Project Manager will oversee jobs from beginning to completion, planning and execution of the jobs, and support the implementation team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 1-2+ years of experience in project management or implementation management
  • Manage sensitive information appropriately and maintain confidentiality
  • Strong aptitude to work within deadlines
  • Integrity, honesty, and responsibility with a desire to contribute to a team
  • Highly organized with attention to details
  • Experience of Microsoft Office software
  • Able to travel at least 50%

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to operate the computer keyboard and telephone, reach with hands and arms. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, and sit. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
