Vendor Management: Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to facilitate smooth import operations.
Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory if required
Cost Management: Negotiate rates with carriers and service providers to optimize costs.
Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or delays in the import process.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records and generate reports on import activities and performance metrics.
