Join our team today and immerse yourself in a rewarding career for years to come!As an In-Community Support Professional, you will provides in-home and community supports to individuals of all ages with developmental/intellectual disabilities and their families located throughout Southern New Jersey.The program helps families caring for a loved one challenged with communication, social interaction and behavior difficulties. In-home services give families the opportunity to learn together in a safe, supportive environment. The ultimate goal is to improve the quality of life for the entire family and allow individuals to reach their full potential while living in the community.Schedule: Full-time and Per diem shifts available. Shifts: morning, afternoon, evening, and/or weekends. PhilosophyQualifications:* High School diploma plus 6 months experience working with adults with developmental or intellectual delays; Ability to work days, afternoons, evenings, and/or weekends* Bilingual;* Valid Driver's License requiredAll positions must have a valid driver's license and must be 18 years old or olderAll positions require a valid driver's license in good standing and pre-employment drug screening.
