Here's why you should be part of our team:Why Work With Us?Top-Notch Care: We provide individualized, evidence-based services that genuinely improve the lives of our clients.Home-Based Flexibility: Deliver therapy in clients' homes, ensuring a comfortable and familiar setting for effective care.Growth-Centered Approach: We focus on creating impactful treatment programs that lead to significant progress for both clients and their families.Supportive Environment: Enjoy working in a nurturing, collaborative atmosphere with ongoing opportunities for professional development.About ABA Therapy: Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is a proven approach that helps individuals with autism and other developmental disorders by enhancing essential skills and improving overall quality of life.What You'll Do:Provide ABA therapy interventions in clients' homes.Collect, analyze, and report data on client progress with guidance from a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst).Work with program staff to ensure effective and consistent therapy.Update parents and guardians on their child's daily activities and progress.Customize and refine individualized ABA therapy programs.Help develop behavior intervention plans.Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.Be open to learning and receive constructive feedback.Work independently as well as part of a team.Use your reliable transportation for client visits (client transportation is not provided).We're Looking For:High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.Experience with ABA therapy or working with special needs is beneficial but not required.RBT certification preferred; if not certified, you must commit to obtaining certification within 60 days. We offer a pay increase and cover certification costs upon completion.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle the physical demands of the job.Willingness to obtain In-Person First Aid/CPR certification.Valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and up-to-date insurance are necessary.Ideal Candidates: If you have experience as a behavior technician, paraprofessional, child care provider, teacher, special needs professional, or early childhood educator, you might be a great fit.
