We offer assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) to home-bound clients in Denver, Colorado, ensuring they receive the care and support they need to maintain their independence and quality of life. Job Summary We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our team. The ideal candidates will have experience in personal care and in-home care, and preferably hold certifications such as QMAP, BLS, ACLS, or CNA. This role involves assisting clients with ADL in their homes, providing a high level of care and support to those who are home-bound. Key Responsibilities
- Personal Care: Assist clients with ADL such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- In-Home Care: Provide companionship, medication reminders, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and transportation to medical appointments.
- IHSS Services: Offer support with mobility, transfers, and other health maintenance activities as needed.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Observe and report any changes in the client's condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided and client's condition.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in personal care, in-home care, or a related field.
- Certifications: QMAP, BLS, ACLS, or CNA certification preferred.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate and patient demeanor.
- Availability: Flexible availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Requirements: Must pass a background check and have a valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
