Job OverviewThe Clinical Service Provider's responsibilities include, but are not limited to, providing direct clinical services to families in a variety of locations as is appropriate to the fidelity of the EBP being utilized. These services include TF-CBT and PCIT, in addition to other Title IVE EBPs that may be in the future through PACS/FPP. The Clinical Service Provider will complete all necessary documentation, meet hourly requirements with each family, and continue any training or licensing requirements in order to meet model fidelity of the individual EBPs offered through PACS/FPP.Responsibilities and Duties
- Collaborate with In-Home Specialist's to promote case management.
- Complete required clinical modality consultation calls/supervision,
- Clinical Services Provider will maintain clinical supervision in accordance with licensure requirements.
- Clinical Services Provider will work a flexible forty-hour work week.
- Clinical Services Provider is expected to be on call nights and weekends for stand-alone interventions to meet contractual requirements. All other interventions will follow a crisis call workflow.
- Clinical Services Provider will conduct standardized assessments in accordance with each specific implemented treatment modality.
- Submission of weekly and monthly reports regarding case load as well as financial receipts to Clinical Services Supervisor.
- Clinical Services Provider will maintain a caseload of up to 10 families
Qualifications- Minimum of a master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or other relevant Human Services area of study and a Kentucky license in approved mental health field.
- Active license to clinically practice in the state of Kentucky.
- LPCC, LPCA, or LCSW preferred, but will assist in Supervision and working towards licensure.
- Professional experience providing relevant treatment services to families is preferred;
- Experience working with multi-problem families and children, in addition to knowledge of crisis intervention, developing behaviorally specific goals, cognitive/behavioral interventions, communication skills, and the ability teach skills is beneficial.
- Must pass criminal background check, CAN check, and pre-employment drug testing.
- Specialists must have valid driver's license and insurance.
Position Training- Required training as outlined by Kentucky Social Work Board
- 30 hours social work continuing educations approved work every 3 years
- 3 hours of KY Social Work Ethics every licensure renewal period
- 6 hours of Suicide Risk Assessment every 6 years
- 3 hour course on domestic violence and elder abuse
- 1.5 hours on pediatric abusive head trauma
- Any contractual training requirements as outlined in the FPP contract.
