In-Home Support - Community LivingNew Horizons is looking for an In-Home Support employee to assist adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to reach their individual goals. An In-Home Support employee will work with the individual(s) to develop skills, practice independence, and explore opportunities while providing support to the individual in their home and in the community.A successful In-Home Support employee will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a positive relationship with the individual(s) they support.
