Sectr Partners are currently partnered with a leading Veterinary Group looking to hire an In-House Counsel.
Responsibilities:
- Work cross-functionally to act as the legal point of contact for front-line employees
- Draft and advise on commercial agreements: service agreements, vendor contracts
- Provide counsel on regulatory matters
- Review real estate leasing
Requirements:
- J. D. from an accredited university
- Member of a bar in good standing
- +6 years experience, ideally in-house
- Experience in the Veterinary industry (preferred)
- Broad legal experience support the commercial function, regulatory matters and real estate
