In-house Legal Counsel: Trading Vendor, New York

In-house Legal Counsel opportunity at a rapid-growth financial technology start-up in New York. You would report directly to the General Counsel in a team of 3, forging the legal team as the business continues to grow.

Financial services experience is a must, experience in companies that offer trading venue or derivatives execution would be advantageous.

Required experience:

• Experienced in-house legal counsel with NY bar standing
• Proficient in broad in-house legal execution, with a preference for experience in commercial and contract negotiations
• A broker-dealer background would be highly advantageous
