- Sourcing and Screening: Utilize various sourcing channels (job boards, social media, professional networks) to identify qualified candidates.
- Screen resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications and experience.
- Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidates' fit for the role and company culture.
- Candidate Management: Manage and maintain a robust candidate pipeline, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other relevant stakeholders.
- Provide timely feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Onboarding: Collaborate with the HR team to facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
- Prepare and provide necessary documentation and information to new employees.
- Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Qualifications:
