The Position
- Perform finish carpentry and other construction-related work as requested by project manger
- Maintain the efficiency of production (i.e. store trips, driving efficiencies, work produced by day)
- Perform mitigation services as necessary during Catastrophe situations
- Be knowledgeable about building products, new products, building technologies, etc.
- Performed work in accordance with safety regulations.
- Keep an eye out for safety concerns when on-site at losses or at the office
- Use proper PPE, when required
- Communicate with Management and all customers should be informative and courteous
- Provide excellent Customer service to maintain NPS of 9 or better
- Maintain a professional and mature manner when representing the company; NO profanity, NO horseplay, etc.
- Obtain & maintain additional IICRC certifications, when requested by management
- All work will be performed according to company policies & procedures aligning with the Mission, Goals, and Values of Paul Davis Restoration.
- Employee will use own tools
The Location: Phoenix, AZCompensation and Benefits:
- Competitive hourly wages (Depending on the level of experience)

RequirementsRequirements:
- Carpentry and construction experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bilingual a plus
- Current Drivers License
- Able to lift/push/pull 75 lb.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Extremely Organized
Physical Demands:
- Lift (constantly) 5-40 lbs., lift (frequently) 20-100 lbs..
- May involve significant stand/walk/ push/pull.
- Occasional climbing (ladders, etc.), balancing, crouching, frequent stooping, reaching, kneeling, and handling.
- Ability to work in confined spaces.
- Exposure to weather with temperatures ranging from mild/moderate to extreme cold/heat.
- Exposure to noise levels ranging from moderate to loud from occasional to frequent.
