To perform shipping / receiving tasks while maintaining inventory adjustments.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (include the following, however, other duties may apply.)Enters purchased items physically into stock and make computer entries to maintain accurate inventory levels.Packages product for shipment while creating proper paperwork for tracking purposes.Organizing stock room for efficient workflow.Tracking material certifications on product and in computer system (Macola).```{=html}``` - Contacting trucking companies for quotes and shipping schedules. - Working with others to process incoming product to proper areas. - Make pickups and deliveries when needed. - Complete other related tasks assigned by supervisor.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESNoneQUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.Computer skills required.Able to follow directions and work with minimal supervisionBe self-motivatedAble to multi-task, and adapt to changePhysical ability to lift at least 50 lbs.Written and oral communication skills in EnglishValid Driver's License preferredEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEHigh School Diploma or GEDLANGUAGE SKILLSAbility to effectively interpret and translate instructions to other employees in a professional and respectful manner.
