Description: Job Title: In-Processing Coordinator
Work Location: Onsite in Richland, WA
Responsibilities:- SSIS Administration: Manage the Security Screening Information System.
- Ready2Work Administration: Oversee the Ready2Work software.
- Personnel Access Data System Administration: Administer personnel access data.
- Employee In-Processing: Manage the in-processing of 1,400+ supplemental employees for Refueling Outage 27.
- Confidential Information Handling: Handle confidential information of all supplemental employees.
- Training Assignment: Assign training qualifications via Ready2Work software.
- Appointment Coordination: Schedule and reschedule medical, training, dosimetry, Personality Assessment Inventory, and Fitness for Duty appointments.
- Welcome Packet Preparation: Print and assemble welcome packets.
- In-Processing Facilitation: Facilitate the flow of all in-processing buildings (122, 184, 186, 356).
- Meeting Participation: Attend all High Impact Team meetings.
- Preparation for Refueling Outage: Help prepare in-processing buildings for Refueling Outage 27.
- Office Supply Management: Order office supplies.
- Program Direction: Provide direction to the in-processing program, including training, oversight, and support to all site and contractor organizations.
- Administrative and Technical Tasks: Perform administrative and technical tasks as needed to fulfill job requirements.
- Support Functions: Support Fitness for Duty and Access Authorization administratively as necessary.
Required Qualifications:- Education:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and one year of experience in project planning and/or in-processing activities.
- OR Associate's degree from an accredited college or university and two years of experience in project planning and/or in-processing activities.
- OR High school diploma or GED and three years of experience in project planning and/or in-processing activities.
- Skills:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interfacing with internal and external departments and contractors.
- Ability to adapt and respond to changing conditions and demands.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, set priorities, and establish time sequences for activities.
- Resourceful and innovative with a strong attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience:
- Ability to analyze and evaluate data.
- Experience with the Security Screening Information System database.
- Proficiency with Ready2Work software.
- Familiarity with scheduling and coordinating training and badging requirements.
- Knowledge:
- Knowledge of or ability to learn company policies and applicable state and federal laws related to nuclear power plants.
- Knowledge of processes for obtaining unescorted access, blue badge access, and reinvestigations.
- Knowledge of training and badging requirements.
