Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Efficiently manage daily In-Room Dining operations, ensuring high standards of product quality and guest satisfaction.
- Service Excellence: Uphold Casa Tua's service standards to guarantee an exceptional guest experience.
- Menu Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the Food and Beverage menu, including item descriptions and allergen information.
- Manual Development: Revise, develop, and create service manuals to ensure that service remains elegant and precise.
- Scheduling: Oversee and manage In-Room Dining staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage and operational efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Effectively manage a diverse team, including Reservationists, Order Takers, Prep Assistants, and Supervisors.
- Inventory Management: Conduct daily inventory checks and manage stock levels to support seamless operations.
- Station Setup: Ensure each service station is properly set up and maintained.
