Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative in our Life New Business phone team, you'll play a vital role in helping individuals and businesses prepare for and protect their retirement. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about delivering extraordinary care.
In this role you would be taking inbound calls from agents who submit life insurance applications. This team answers inbound calls for all pending life cases for all distributions and acts as a liaison to the Case Managers and the Underwriters. This solution center is responsible for delivering a quality experience with each interaction, while maintaining and exceeding service level agreements. The role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to learn fast and to manage ambiguous requirements, and a strong quality and productivity focus
