What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Act as patient advocate to resolve questions or concerns
- Collect patient, source information, and input data into e-Intake
- Develop and maintain working knowledge of current products and services offered by the employer
- Manage all aspects of initial intake via high volume inbound phone calls
- Provide basic technical customer service assistance for CPAP equipment
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- One to three years of related prior work experience in a team-oriented environment
- Experience in medical field and administrative record management
- Strong customer service background
- Basic Computer and Basic Internet skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Knowledge of medical billing practices
- Experience in a healthcare-related service role
- Basic understanding of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) or Home Medical Equipment (HME)
- Familiarity with billing reimbursement and insurance policies
- Strong communication skills in English
