# Receiving Manager### FULL-TIME$15hrReceivers report to Dock manager and have the overall responsibility formonitoring and assisting in all activities in the Receiving Departmentpertaining to all incomingoutgoing merchandise. Must take precautions and beaware of any potential theft indicators. In addition, provides leadership andguidance to all power equipment operators that are involved with loading andunloading of product from trailers. This position includes manual labor.Essential Functions: - Ensure accuracy of item description, UPC numbers and counts for allincoming and outgoing shipments. - Ensure accuracy when filling out ManifestBill of Lading and maintain IBTSeal Log for both incoming and outgoing deliveries. - Ensure list of incoming Purchase Orders (Order Pool) is run and follow upwith Buying or Logistics Department to ensure “on time” Purchase Orders. - Record and file all incoming and outgoing Purchase Orders. - Ensure Goods Received Book (GRB) and any Adjustment Vouchers (AVs) arecurrent and accurate. - Ensure Receiving Clerk is accurately entering everything received on theday it was received and has all deliveries properly scheduled. - Ensure all Driver Logs are maintained and filed appropriately - Ensure trucks are unloadedloaded in a timely manner and maintain detentiontimes to a minimum. - Perform monthly self-audits being performed and address action items.IAH-04 WS-04 WS-TC **Schedule** Shift start: 5:00AM or 6:00 AM or 7:00AM or 8:00AM or 9:00AM Shift length: 8 hours Flexible hours are available! **Benefits** * Health, dental, vision insurance - available after 90 days * Paid time off * 401(k) plan **Qualifications** * Must pass drug screen * Can lift 50 lbs * Must be at least 18+ years oldAt least 1 year similar experience Ability to effectively present informationand respond to questions from managers, employees, vendors and buyers.
