We are seeking our next Inbound Sales Representative to join our collaborative team contributing to our growth in market share. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers looking for their next forklift solution. Through your customer service and discovery skills you will to provide our customers with a positive experience throughout their sales journey.

Tasks and Qualifications:

Your responsibilities:

* Manage a high volume of national inbound enquiries through various channels including phone, emails and live chat.

* Continuously broaden your KION product range understanding and knowledge in order to facilitate comprehensive discovery of customer needs.

* Utilise CRM and other digital tools to identify, qualify, and engage with customers, ensuring they are successfully integrated into the national sales process.

* Conduct industry research to generate leads for the direct sales team and understand offerings available to your customers.

* Working closely with the wider sales and marketing teams to support the focus on campaigning for our value range of product.

* Manage a variety of sales support and sales administrative tasks on a day to day basis.

Requirements for success:

* Demonstrated experience working within an inbound sales role

* High levels of time management, interpersonal and communication skills

* Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM would be advantageous

* Telemarketing or outbound call centre experience is advantageous.

* Formal qualifications in sales or marketing is preferred, but not essential.
