Under the supervision of the manager, the Team Lead coordinates the training process and workflow of the employees in production to ensure that the daily workload is completed accurately in a timely and efficient manner. Responsibilities Assists in the execution of operational procedures in the Distribution Center. Coordinates the workflow and ensures completion of the designated procedures of the personnel within production. Ensures all personnel on the assigned team are properly trained in all phases of their respective job responsibilities. Ensures that all personnel meet all time standards and quality standards set by Broder Co. Assist in the evaluation of staffing level requirements for daily scheduling purposes as well as in regard to future planning. Assists the manager by providing input as to employee performance, attitude, and ability to follow directions, and adherence to safety standards, etc. for the purposes of employee evaluations.
