Required Skills:

  • Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
  • Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.
  • Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
  • Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
  • Experience in SNOW ticketing tool and exposure to SNOW reporting.
  • Should be able to define Process/ write up process as required.
  • Candidate must be ITIL certified.
  • Working with clients to plan and implement new UEM projects.
  • Carrying out research into user's needs. Developing personas, user stories and other resources that capture users' needs.
