What You'll Do:

+ Connect and collaborate: Build strong relationships with participants, families, and community partners, fostering a supportive network for success.

Qualifications:
+ Valid California driver's license and reliable car for work purposes (required).
+ Bilingual preferred (Spanish and English)
+ Minimum two (2) years of experience providing direct care to people with disabilities. (required)
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (preferred).

Position: Inclusion Advocate Location: Richmond, CA Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00-3:30 pm (37.5 hours per week) Compensation: $20.50/hour + great benefits!
