SUMMARY

The Inclusion Manager is responsible for creating, operationalizing, and administering the company's Inclusion programs in alignment with organizational aspirations. The selected candidate will lead and support efforts to foster an inclusive environment where all team members are valued for their unique qualities, can reach their full potential, and are a valued part of our collective success. They will champion a learning mindset and enable meaningful progress in everyday work and the organization culture.

CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES

* Support the evolution of Pella's inclusion strategy by helping design, implement, rollout, and evaluate corporate programming. Ongoing management and administration of programs is included.

* Provide planning and operational support for the Inclusion Council, their goals, and enterprise-wide transparency of their work.

* Partner with HR teams to integrate DEI principles into talent practices, processes, systems, and tools by identifying and executing opportunities related to leadership development, talent acquisition, learning and development, and internal talent mobility.

* Manage and drive support, increased engagement and impact of business resource groups (BRGs).

* Partner with the Corporate Communications team on messaging and comms that reinforces Pella's efforts.

* Support recruitment strategy to diversity candidate pools.

* Help enable and advance Pella's ELL efforts to attract, retain, engage and grow Manufacturing talent.

* Seek out and maintain knowledge of Inclusion-related better practices, trends and issues, bringing thought leadership forward to create improved people engagement and capabilities.

* Leverage diversity data and analytics to evaluate the impact of our inclusion initiatives that creates meaningful progress towards a more inclusive Pella that harnesses diversity.

* Attention to detail & process adherence

* Solid problem-solving abilities

* Experience in analysis and reporting

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

* Minimum of 5 years managing Inclusion & Diversity or talent initiatives

* Bachelor's degree or advanced certification in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience.

* Certification in Workplace DEI preferred.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to travel in the US & Canada, and work in manufacturing, company office and home office environments.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to present, read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints. Ability to make effectively and persuasively communicate on controversial or complex topics to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
