In this role, you will work closely and proactively within the Tax Team, as a member of cross-functional teams, and with external advisors. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Prepare quarterly income tax provisions, tax account reconciliations, income tax disclosures, and support the monthly close process. Manage domestic and international tax compliance and transfer pricing, including country by country reporting and pillar II compliance. Partner with cross-functional teams including Accounting, Finance, Procurement, Legal, and Treasury at all levels within the company. Provide professional and prompt tax guidance to internal partners. Support international tax expansion, including liaising with external advisors on tax return preparation. Execute ad hoc projects as required. Uphold compliance with SOX requirements in all areas. Develop and implement process improvements, utilizing technology where appropriate, over the tax calculation process.Qualifications CPA preferred but not required. Minimum 6 years of relevant experience at a Big 4 accounting firm and in the industry. High-tech industry experience in California required. Experience with SAP preferred. Experience with OneSource preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience with tax research.Additional InformationFor California, Colorado, New York, Washington, and remote roles: The compensation range for this role is $131,910 to $204,880.
