Title: Quality Assurance Engineer(Electric Vehicle)

Location: Marshall, MI (5 days onsite)

Need up to 3 month on-the-job training to China, the employer will take care of the visa and all expenses.

Job Overview

:To better serve the global auto industry electric vehicle trend in the United States, we are seeking multiple dedicated and detail-oriented Incoming Quality Control (IQC) Engineers to join our quality assurance team. This role is critical in ensuring that all incoming materials and components meet our stringent quality standards, thereby supporting smooth production operations and maintaining product excellence

.Essential Function

  • s:Lead efforts to establish and maintain front-end quality control processes for incoming structural parts and material
  • s.Develop and implement effective control schemes for incoming material
  • s.Identify and address quality issues with incoming materials promptly to ensure smooth production operation
  • s.Conducting abnormal reviews and disposing of defective incoming material
  • s.Addressing inconsistencies between initial and final product standard
  • s.Leading improvement initiatives and managing major quality issues through corrective action
  • s.Work to continuously improve inspection techniques and methodologies to ensure high-quality standard

s.Minimum Qualificatio

  • ns:Bachelor's degree or above in Quality Management, Science , Engineering, or a related field; with a preference in Chemical Engineering or Material Engineeri
  • ng.3+ years of experience in quality management, quality inspection, laboratory management in a manufacturing setting; with a preferred experience in automotive manufacturing industry (e.g., main engine , first-class supplier) and power battery fiel
  • d. Familiarity with quality inspection tools and methodologi
  • es.Familiarity with TS16949 quality system and quality tools, such as 8D, APQP, PPAP, MSA, and SP
  • C. Knowledge of CNAS laboratory accreditation standards and the requirements of laboratory managemen
  • t. Familiar with the chemical testing and analysis methods (e.g., C-S analysis, IC/GC, I
  • CP)Proficient in office software suits, with strong data analysis skills and solid report writing abiliti
