As a valued team member, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional services to our clients and customers in the field.Job Description:Perform electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs in commercial/residential buildingEnsure mechanical equipment is in working order and fixed as necessary.Complete general building cleaning and maintenance.Install and replace floors, stairs, and piping as needed.Repair and paint doors, windows, walls, ceilings, roofs, and other parts of the building.Maintain trash and recycling receptacles around the facility.Maintain and repair air conditioning and heating systems as required.MUST HAVE transportation and toolsBasic math skillsGood communication abilityWell-organized and apt in problem-solvingAttention to detailHigh school diploma or equivalentProven experience as a handymanExperience with hardware tools and equipmentHandyman Requirements and Qualifications : High school diploma or GED certificate preferredAble to lift at least 50 lbs.Familiarity with basic hand and power toolsReliable transportationFlexible scheduleMechanical aptitudeContractor or journeyman license is a plus
