- Perform general carpentry work, including rough and finish carpentry.
- Handle bathroom upgrades and remodels.
- Execute kitchen refreshes and remodels.
- Paint interior and exterior surfaces.
- Repair, patch, and caulk drywall.
- Address minor plumbing and electrical issues.
- Repair and install flooring.
- Conduct general home repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Maintain organization and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
- Ensure attention to detail in all tasks.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
- Proven experience as a handyman.
- Proficiency with various hardware tools and equipment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with basic hand and power tools.
- Reliable transportation.
- Flexible schedule.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Contractor or journeyman license is a plus.
