We are seeking a skilled and motivated Independent Handyman to join our team at Nandail Property Management. As an Independent Handyman, you will be a key representative of our company, delivering exceptional services and maintaining high standards in the field.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform general carpentry (rough and finish work).
- Handle bathroom upgrades and remodels.
- Execute kitchen refreshes and remodels.
- Paint interior and exterior surfaces.
- Repair, patch, and caulk drywall.
- Address minor plumbing and electrical issues.
- Repair and install flooring.
- Conduct general home repairs and maintenance.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Stay organized and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
- Maintain attention to detail throughout all tasks.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred but not mandatory.
- Proven experience as a handyman.
- Proficiency with various hardware tools and equipment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with basic hand and power tools.
- Reliable transportation.
- Flexible schedule.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- A contractor or journeyman license is a plus.
