We are seeking an experienced and proactive Independent Handyman to join our team at Nandail Property Management. As a key member, you will be instrumental in providing high-quality service to our clients and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general carpentry work, including rough and finish carpentry.
- Carry out bathroom and kitchen upgrades and remodels.
- Paint both interior and exterior surfaces.
- Repair, patch, and caulk drywall.
- Handle minor plumbing and electrical tasks.
- Repair and install flooring.
- Manage general home repairs and maintenance.
- Communicate effectively and maintain strong organizational skills.
- Demonstrate problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- A High School Diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Proven experience as a handyman.
- Skilled in using hardware tools and equipment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Familiar with basic hand and power tools.
- Must have reliable transportation and a flexible schedule.
- Mechanical aptitude is required.
- A contractor or journeyman license is advantageous.
