- Perform general carpentry work, including rough and finish tasks.
- Handle upgrades and remodels for bathrooms and kitchens.
- Paint interior and exterior surfaces.
- Repair, patch, and caulk drywall.
- Address minor plumbing and electrical issues.
- Repair and install flooring.
- Conduct general home repairs and maintenance.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Stay organized and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
- Maintain attention to detail in all tasks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
- Proven experience as a handyman.
- Proficient with various hand and power tools.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable transportation.
- Flexible schedule.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- A contractor or journeyman license is a plus.
