Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Independent Handyman to join our team and represent Nandail Property Management. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing exceptional handyman services to our clients in the field.
Key Responsibilities
- General Carpentry: Perform rough and finish carpentry tasks to enhance property value.
- Bathroom Upgrades/Remodels: Transform bathrooms according to client specifications.
- Kitchen Refresh/Remodels: Update and improve kitchen spaces for a modern look.
- Painting: Conduct interior and exterior painting projects for aesthetic appeal.
- Drywall Repair: Execute drywall repair, patching, and caulking to maintain property integrity.
- Minor Plumbing and Electrical Work: Handle basic plumbing and electrical repairs to ensure functionality.
- Flooring: Manage flooring repair and installation to enhance property appeal.
- General Home Repairs: Address various handyman tasks and maintenance work to keep properties in top shape.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a handyman in residential or commercial settings.
- Strong communication skills and effective problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail in all work aspects.
- Familiarity with hand and power tools is essential.
- High school diploma or equivalent (not mandatory).
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule.
- Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
- A contractor or journeyman license is advantageous.
